  • Effects of Carbon Monoxide and different types of alarms.

  • Overview of flue types and those that are non-acceptable.

  • Flues in voids.

  • Unsafe situations and reporting categories with an overview of the latest updates. 

  • Paperwork & Records such as Landlords Certificates and Warning Notices.

  • Landlord Obligations and Duties

On Completion of the course a simple Knowledge & Understanding Paper is completed.
